Introduction to SPRINGBOARD®
The company is developing a sustainable insulation material for the construction industry made from textile waste, with a significantly lower carbon footprint than the traditional mineral-based insulation products on the market. The company is working on developing various types of insulation, suitable for use in roof structures, partition walls, acoustic walls, ceilings, and technical insulation around ventilation.
The company operates in a competitive market, with established insulation manufacturers (such as Rockwool or Knauf) as well as smaller sustainable players. The leading competitors in the market specialize in traditional mineral-based materials such as stone wool or fiberglass, while our closest sustainable competitors specialize in natural fibers like cellulose wool, wood fiber, hemp fibers, and cellulose fibers (such as Nviro, Woodfiber, Hunton, etc.).
