The company develops, builds, and operates Green Power Stations that integrate Battery Energy Storage Systems with energy optimisation as a service within a campus model, which simultaneously supports the national grid. This setup enables flexibility, resilience, and direct service to both renewable energy producers and industrial consumers, while aliviating and supporting the national grid. All this is orchestrated by the company’s Energy Management & Trading Center.

                                                                          The company, founded in 2023, is driving the global energy transition through Green Power Stations with integrated Energy Storage, offering Energy Storage as a Service. Headquartered in Denmark, the company aims to lead the energy storage market with a leadership team boasting 300 years of experience.

                                                                          Through the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) xxx (anonymised), the company offers a compelling investment opportunity centred on two Green Power Station assets in Denmark: a 150MW/375MWh system in Hirtshals and a 100MW/262MWh system in Vejle. Both are in final Pre-FEED phase, supported by sound financials, defined risk parameters, and strong return potential, making xxx (anonymised) a high-value opportunity in energy storage.

                                                                          xxxx (anonymised) Global, a distinct corporate entity within the company, houses the centralized Energy Management and Trading Center (EMTC) for Europe, a Research & Development hub, and provides support to all regional subsidiaries. Each regional entity will operate its own EMTC, ensuring seamless oversight of storage, trading, and operations of SPVs, while driving international market leadership in energy storage and smart grid integration.

                                                                          Investment opportunity in SPV xxx (anonymised) is available up to €178 million, with a minimum entry of €10 million, capped at three investors, offering attractive rights including Right of First Refusal on other company projects.
