Beta version of the product is still under development, MvP launch expected late 2018.

- The system enables job-seekers to shop around for jobs, through a fast “one-stop-shop” gateway. Here job-seekers can apply for jobs at the same place and moment, via an All-in-one mobile app. From the candidates point of view, applications can be made ‘on-the-fly’ , quite literally while commuting from A to B. Thus, it’s an ideal tool for targeting for instance Millennials as candidates, who can be hard to reach via conventional application and interview processes.

- The web-part of the system enables hiring companies and organizations to manage all their recruiting campaigns in one place, from making a job-ad to receiving and reviewing job-applications in a personal (video) and managed manner. This will give the recruiter a SaaS tool to manage the application process, how to rate their preferred applicants, and the possibilities of collaborating with colleagues on which candidates to hire. Ultimately this will save them time and money on the recruitment process, and it will enhance the quality and match of the hired candidates.


- The total market has an annual turnover of around 500 million DKK, with the largest competitor having around 64% in market share. There are slowly different competitors entering this area of recruitment via video, but the market is in its early stages.

- The team consist of two founders, and an external software developer and a designer. Three advisors are associated as mentors: an IT specialist, an HR specialist and an entrepreneur.

- The first workable version of the web-platform and mobile app is under development, and will be the one the company will test and sell, until the more elaborate version is developed.

- The development of the platform system is almost complete, and the company is gearing itself for a sales ready MvP launch sometime around winter 2018.

The objective of the SPRINGBOARD® is to obtain a good product-market-fit as fast as possible to grab hold of a position in the video-based recruitment market as fast as possible.

What would be the best initial target group to focus on? And how does the company best attract them? Both with regards to applicants and companies on the platform.

How should the company price the service, on a subscription basis or a ‘one fee per application received’ basis, or are there alternate models?
