Start-up’s app gathers all shared scooters, bikes, cars and mopeds as long as they are human or electric powered. We currently include +150 different operators in +400 cities worldwide making it easier to move around the green way, by giving a full overview with price comparison. Currently app can find the closest ride, and then sends you off to the operators app. Dream is to be a one-stop shop.
The start-up is pre-revenue, our main business model is the standard aggregator model, which is commission based, and where the operator pays a CPA for every ride.
70% of emissions today come from the cities. And I think we all agree that everyone needs to do their part and that traffic is a big contributor. Our mission is to help improve air quality in cities by facilitating the mass adoption of shared on-demand mobility through a one-stop shop with an intuitive and playful UI. We want to fight mindless overconsumption, and traffic congestion.
Maybe you have wanted to just jump on a shared bike or electric scooter, but found yourself checking 4-5 different apps just to find one that is close or you had to sign up over and over again with exactly the same information.
Next time; when you are heading out to meet friends or you’re in a new city, just open start-up app and you’ll only have to check in one place, because here you have all shared mobility operators in one app.

Spørgsmål til panelet
1.Built critical mass. Ideas for alternative and cheeky but effective go to market strategies to build downloads and increase retention of users. Anything else then the traditional Paid, PR etc. channels. Not limited to events, but one example could be something like Uber’s delivering free ice cream, ordered from the app you had to download.
2.Strategic partnerships. Idea for strategic partnerships that can help broaden the awareness of Cogo, and drive downloads and users. We have one strategic partnership with a hotel chain, where they promote Cogo to all their guest to explore the city the green way, and another idea on the drawing board are property management systems.
3.Alternative revenue streams. Referral or commission is the standard revenue stream for the aggregator/marketplace model, what other revenue streams do you see potential possibilities.
