                                                              Company and Concept

Our company is a pioneering retail brand uniquely focused on addressing the needs of female motorcyclists, an underserved yet rapidly growing demographic. We aim to challenge the traditional, male-dominated industry by providing high-quality, stylish, and safety-focused gear designed specifically for women.

                                                              Product/Service

Women riders face challenges such as a lack of proper-fitting motorcycle gear, limited sizing options, and poor service in traditional motorcycle shops. These issues often compromise their safety, comfort, and confidence on the road. Our company solves this problem by offering a curated selection of premium motorcycle gear designed exclusively for women, ensuring safety, style, and inclusivity.

                                                              Our Solution

We provide a one-stop shop for female riders, offering protective gear, lifestyle apparel, and accessories from trusted brands that cater to women’s specific needs. Beyond products, we foster a supportive community where women motorcyclists can connect, learn, and feel empowered.

                                                              Business Model

Our business operates as a hybrid model, combining an online store with a physical shop on Fyn. This approach allows us to reach a wide audience while maintaining personalized service. Revenue is generated through product sales, with plans to introduce additional income streams such as exclusive partnerships, and new product categories (e.g. motorcycle sales).

                                                              Customers

Our primary customers are female motorcyclists and pillion riders aged 18-75, seeking safety, style, and comfort. We also attract men purchasing gifts for women riders. Currently, our customer base is primarily in Denmark.

                                                              Market

The global motorcycle apparel market is projected to grow significantly, driven by the rising number of female riders. Women are the fastest-growing demographic in motorcycling, presenting a substantial opportunity to capture market share in Europe and beyond.

                                                              Competitors

While traditional motorcycle shops and online retailers dominate the market, they primarily cater to men. Our business stands out with its dedicated focus, curated selection, and community-driven approach.

                                                              Growth Potential and Ambitions

Our vision is to become Europe’s leading motorcycling retail brand for women. Short-term, we aim to increase market share in Denmark and establish a presence in key European markets like Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands. Long-term goals include introducing proprietary product lines, expanding product offering with motorcycles, and creating a marketplace for women’s motorcycle gear.

                                                              Leadership and Team

Business is led by an experienced founder with expertise in customer experience and a passion for empowering women in motorcycling. The team includes skilled individuals in customer service and motorcycling knowledge.

                                                              Financials

To date, we have grown organically, achieving a solid foundation in Denmark (approx. 15% of women’s motorcycling market). However, the Danish market is small and profit margings are low, so profitability is a challenge. To ensure profitable development and to scale further, we need to seek investment to strengthen e-commerce, expand internationally, and enhance operations. Current revenues are approximately 2 million DKK.

                                                              Current Status

Company has built a solid foundation as a brand in Denmark, with an established presence both online and through our physical store. While we've seen strong customer engagement and proven demand in our niche, the business is currently not profitable. This reflects challenges in scaling operations and further developing the brand. We recognize the need for expert guidance to address these hurdles, refine our strategy, and create a clear path toward profitability.
