Introduction to SPRINGBOARD®

The company is developing an autonomous groundskeeping robot for paved areas. Conceptually the robot is like a robotic lawnmower, however, this one clear weeds, moss, algae, fallen leaves, dirt, trash, snow, ice and other pains from “hard surfaces”. The product is developed to a functional prototype stage and the company will be testing Alpha- and Beta-units with pilot customers through 2025. From 2026 and onwards the company aims at scaling to new markets.

For this SPRINGBOARD®, panelists with competencies/experience within these themes, are needed for sparring:

The company is focusing on finalizing product development and pilot testing through 2025 with the commercial launch and focusing on sales and scaling in 2026. To support this strategic plan the following topics are relevant to discuss at the Springboard.

1. - How to successfully plan, execute and evaluate pilot tests.
   How many tests are enough, How long should they last, How will they be measured, etc.
   
   
2. - How to summarize the pilot tests conducted so that they can be used as reference cases for later sales activities.
   What evidence will customers look for, Which costumers convey the message best, etc.
   
   
3. - Go-to-market and scale the sales activities based on the initial launch.
   What markets to address first and how, How quick should exports start, What are pitfalls in scaling, etc.
