Production and distribution
Own production (capacity LY 74.000 L, max capacity 100.000 L/year). Sold through BTB (app. 80% of total volume, app. 50% revenue) and via own channels (bar+events+e-com app. 20% of total volume, app. 50% revenue).
Financing
The production equipment is outdated which:
• Has a negative effect on the quality of our beer.
• Is compromising our price competitiveness (we provide same list prices as competitors but can’t give similar discounts due to smaller margins).
• Results in too high production costs (raw materials and work hours)
Investment: estimated 1.5 mio dkkr.
The company is looking into:
• Opening up for life-long cooperative membership at a fixed price. Gives voting right on general assembly.
• Funding opportunities.
