The company and ideas
We are building an Impact Career Collective which is the first-of-its-kind ecosystem built to accelerate the rise of environmental and social-impact driven careers and close the gap between mission-aligned people and planet-positive work. Co-creating impact career training and coaching with the global expert communi-ty of thought leaders and impact not only prepares and places individuals into do-good jobs - we are also on a mission to help companies make better and more effective impact talent decisions.
Product / service
Impact careers are hard to access and hire for. For individuals, the journey is unclear. For businesses, the challenge is overwhelming: rising demand, overflowing pipelines, and chaotic hiring processes. Impact Ca-reer Collective is changing that. Through B2C coaching, training, and placements, and B2B early-career talent solutions we’re building the connective tissue of a new impact career economy. One where access is streamlined, impact talent acquisition works well, and meaningful work becomes the new normal.
Which solution
Our model combines career training, coaching and placements to help individuals get into meaningful work. Every career journey is co-created with thought leaders from our Collective, ensuring its relevance. For businesses we offer smart, scalable talent solutions, built for speed, precision and ROI. From early- to mid-career, our placements reduce hiring stress, elevate candidate quality, and cut recruitment costs.
Business model
Subscription based (binding for 3 months) sales of memberships to individuals (B2C) and direct sales to companies (B2B) with payment per placed individual.
Customers
Individuals: from graduates to mid-career professionals in the key markets. Businesses: companies with impact organisations and activities.
The market
Our market is global however being based in Northern Europe, we are starting out locally within the follow-ing geographic markets for both B2C and B2B customers: Denmark/Nordics, UK and Germany.
Competitors
Online learning – LinkedIn Learning, etc. (low-med prices but no coaching/placement).
Career coaching – BetterUp etc (high prices).
Placement in Impact roles – non-existing in our markets but more exists in global markets (e.g. Phillip Riley in APAC).
No company offers all three and work with early career focus in impact fields (this is a niche market where we might as well be the pioneer).
Growth potential / goals / ambition
Our goals are to reach 3000 members and 30 cooperation partners (companies and experts) and offer 7-8 career pathways (e.g. wind energy, sustainable fashion, emobility etc) over 6 months. On a slighly longer term, in 1.5 years we aim to have multiplied by 10 – with 30.000 members and 300 cooperation partners and have extended our offering to 30-40 pathways.
Management and team
Comprises of the CEO, CCO and VP of Programs who are jointly developing the company’s strategy, prod-ucts/services and business growth. Finance / founding
In terms of financial growth, we are at the present in the pre-revenue stage and we aim to meet our 1.5 year target of 7-digit (DKK) revenue and 5 mDKK profit by end of 2026. We are looking to raise 100-150.000 EUR in soft funding, followed potentially with other financing efforts.
Status
